Our Story
Headley Inn has been the crown jewel of Ohio's National Road since 1833 when it opened as an Inn and Tavern serving Westward travelers. We opened the Winery tasting room in the historic Headley Inn along with a small 2 acre vineyard in May of 2022. The winery features the original interior structure and decor of the Headley Inn, providing the historic setting of our tasting room. We offer a wide selection of small batch, craft wines for every palate and feature award winning wines. We are family owned and proudly 100% Veteran owned.

Experience Historic charm while tasting hand crafted Ohio wines. We have plenty of seating inside the historic Headley Inn as well as shady outdoor nooks on the Headley grounds. White
Niagara: Sweet with a Fruit forward, fresh White Grape taste. $6 $15
Catawba:(SOLD OUT) Medium-body, moderate acidity Rose’ that is sweet with mild berry and fresh fruit notes and a bright smooth finish. $6 $15
Vidal Blanc: Bright, Semi-Sweet with a crisp finish. $6 $16
Red
Rose': semi-sweet with a flavor profile that is beautifully put together to where it plays off all the different taste buds on your tongue. Subtle spicy aroma with a tart and juicy finish. $7 $17
Battlesburgh 1835: A superbly rich, sweet, and smooth, full-bodied red blend with an ever so subtle peppery oak finish. $6 $16

Blackberry: Delicious, medium sweet, full-bodied with the essence of freshly harvested blackberries. $6 $16
Peach: Fresh, sweet, and filled with the flavor of ripe, juicy peaches. $6 $16.

Mile Marker 209 Red Blend:(SOLD OUT) Bold, Dry red with supple mouth feel and notes of black cherries and plum. $7 $18
Chambourcin:(SOLD OUT) French American hybrid grape finished to a dry red similar to a Pinot Noir. $7 $18
Corot Noir (Pronounced Kor-oh-nwahr): Medium bodied wine with soft tannins that exhibit strong cherry and some plum aromas. $6 $16
Noiret (Pronounced Nwahr-ay): Dry with raspberry, blackberry, and black pepper notes. $8 $20 **Silver Medal 2023 Finger Lakes International Wine Competition. GOLD Medal 2025 Ohio Wine competition.
Headley Hunt: Off-Dry red blend. Unique blend of Noiret and Chambourcin. Starts out dry on the front of the palate and finishes with a light, pleasant sweetness on the back of the tongue. $7 $18 **Silver Medal 2024 Ohio WIne Competition**
